Terms and conditions.

Read the terms that apply to your use of onDimi Weddings and its services.

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Wedding onDimi, a service operated by onDimi ("onDimi," "we," "us," or "our").

Wedding onDimi includes our website, AI Wedding Assistant, wedding and guest management functionality, SMS, email, voice, chat, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing or subscribing to the Service, accessing the Service, or using Wedding onDimi, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Wedding onDimi Service

Wedding onDimi provides an AI-powered wedding guest concierge designed to help couples, wedding planners, and other authorized wedding organizers communicate with their guests and manage wedding-related information.

The Service may assist with:

  • Guest outreach
  • RSVP collection
  • RSVP follow-ups
  • Guest and attendee information
  • Mailing address collection
  • Dietary restrictions and allergies
  • Seating preferences
  • Accessibility requirements
  • Parking and transportation information
  • Wedding questions and FAQs
  • Wedding reminders
  • Wedding-day communications
  • Other wedding-related guest communications

Features and functionality may change as the Service evolves.

2. Wedding Organizers

Couples, wedding planners, and other authorized individuals or organizations that create or manage a wedding through Wedding onDimi are referred to in these Terms as "Wedding Organizers."

Wedding Organizers create their accounts, purchase or subscribe to the Service where applicable, create their wedding, provide wedding information, add their guests, and determine how Wedding onDimi is used for their wedding.

onDimi does not independently identify, source, purchase, select, or add guests to a Wedding Organizer's account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create or administer a Wedding onDimi account.

Guests may interact with Wedding onDimi communications without creating an account.

4. Accounts

Wedding Organizers agree to provide accurate account information and keep that information reasonably current.

Wedding Organizers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activities performed through their accounts.

You must promptly notify onDimi if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

5. Wedding Organizer Responsibilities

Wedding Organizers are responsible for the wedding information, guest information, instructions, configurations, and communications they provide or initiate through Wedding onDimi.

Wedding Organizers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate wedding information
  • Adding appropriate guests to their wedding
  • Providing accurate guest contact information
  • Ensuring they have the right and authority to provide guest information to Wedding onDimi
  • Obtaining any permission or consent required to contact their guests
  • Selecting appropriate communication channels
  • Using Wedding onDimi only for legitimate wedding-related purposes
  • Complying with applicable privacy, telecommunications, messaging, email, and other laws
  • Respecting guest communication preferences and opt-out requests

6. Guest Information, Authorization, and Communications

onDimi does not independently identify, source, purchase, select, or add guests to Wedding onDimi.

Wedding Organizers determine which guests are added and provide the information used by the Service to communicate with those guests.

By adding a guest to Wedding onDimi or enabling communications with that guest, the Wedding Organizer represents and warrants that:

  • The guest is legitimately associated with the applicable wedding.
  • The guest information provided is accurate to the best of the Wedding Organizer's knowledge.
  • The Wedding Organizer has the right and authority to provide the guest's information to Wedding onDimi.
  • The Wedding Organizer has obtained any permission, authorization, or consent required to communicate with the guest.
  • The Wedding Organizer is authorized to initiate the applicable communications through SMS, email, voice, chat, or any other communication channel they enable.
  • The Wedding Organizer's use of Wedding onDimi complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Wedding Organizers must not add purchased contact lists, unrelated marketing lists, or individuals who are not legitimately associated with the applicable wedding.

7. Role of onDimi

Wedding onDimi is a technology platform that Wedding Organizers use to facilitate and manage wedding-related guest communications.

Communications sent through Wedding onDimi are based on guest information, wedding information, instructions, configurations, or communication settings provided by the Wedding Organizer, together with information subsequently provided by guests during their interactions with the Service.

onDimi does not independently determine who should be invited to a wedding or who a Wedding Organizer is legally authorized to contact.

The Wedding Organizer is responsible for the legitimacy of the guest relationship and for obtaining any authorization, permission, or consent required for communications initiated through their Wedding onDimi account.

onDimi is not responsible for unauthorized, inaccurate, outdated, or improperly submitted guest information provided by a Wedding Organizer, or for communications resulting from a Wedding Organizer adding an individual without the required authorization or consent.

8. Guest Communications

Wedding Organizers may use Wedding onDimi to communicate with their guests through supported channels including SMS, email, voice, and chat.

Communications must relate to the applicable wedding.

Wedding onDimi must not be used to send:

  • Unsolicited commercial advertising
  • Unrelated promotional communications
  • Spam
  • Harassment
  • Fraudulent or deceptive communications
  • Communications unrelated to the applicable wedding

Guests may request to stop receiving communications through Wedding onDimi.

Wedding Organizers must not use Wedding onDimi to circumvent, disregard, or intentionally override a guest's applicable opt-out or withdrawal of consent.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the guest's mobile carrier and service plan.

9. AI Wedding Assistant

Wedding onDimi uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations, answer questions, collect information, manage workflows, and assist with wedding-related communications.

The AI Wedding Assistant operates based on information supplied by Wedding Organizers, guests, and the Wedding onDimi system.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, misunderstand messages, or generate inaccurate information.

Wedding Organizers are responsible for providing accurate wedding information and should review important information for accuracy.

Wedding onDimi should not be relied upon as the sole source for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-risk decisions.

Output generated by the AI Wedding Assistant, including messages written to guests, answers to guest questions, phone conversations, summaries, counts, and suggestions shown to you, may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate, and may differ from guest to guest. Do not rely on it as the sole source of truth; verify important details, such as dates, times, places, and headcounts, before you act on them or share them.

Before a new update or outreach campaign starts, Wedding onDimi shows you a sample of the wording and the guests it will reach. When you approve it, you are responsible for that approval. Each guest then receives an individually generated message based on what you approved, and individual messages may vary in wording and may contain errors.

If you connect a third-party AI assistant (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Meta AI, Grok, or Gemini) to your account, requests that assistant makes through the connection are treated as your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing what the assistant proposes before you approve it. onDimi is not responsible for how a third-party assistant interprets your requests or for content it generates.

10. Guest Information

Wedding Organizers may provide personal information about guests to enable Wedding onDimi to provide the Service.

By providing guest information, the Wedding Organizer represents and warrants that they have the appropriate right or authority to provide and use that information for the applicable wedding.

Guests may provide additional information directly through their interactions with Wedding onDimi.

Information collected from guests may be made available to the applicable Wedding Organizer for legitimate wedding planning and guest management purposes.

Our collection, processing, storage, and handling of personal information is further described in the Wedding onDimi Privacy Policy.

11. Dietary, Accessibility, and Other Guest Information

Guests may voluntarily provide information concerning dietary restrictions, food allergies, accessibility requirements, accommodations, or other needs.

Wedding Organizers should use this information only as reasonably necessary to support the guest's participation in the wedding and should limit access to individuals who reasonably need the information for that purpose.

Wedding onDimi is not a medical service. Information regarding allergies, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, or other needs does not constitute medical advice or professional assessment.

Wedding Organizers remain responsible for making appropriate arrangements with venues, caterers, planners, or other wedding providers.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use Wedding onDimi to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation
  • Harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate another person
  • Send spam or unauthorized commercial communications
  • Upload guest information unrelated to a legitimate wedding
  • Add individuals without appropriate authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Abuse or overload the Service through automated means
  • Circumvent security or access controls
  • Attempt to manipulate or circumvent AI safeguards
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law
  • Use Wedding onDimi for purposes unrelated to legitimate wedding planning and guest engagement

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

13. Privacy

Use of Wedding onDimi is subject to the Wedding onDimi Privacy Policy.

Wedding Organizers should review the Privacy Policy before providing guest information to Wedding onDimi.

Wedding Organizers are responsible for providing any privacy notices to their guests that may be independently required of the Wedding Organizer under applicable law.

14. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payment

Certain Wedding onDimi services may be offered free of charge, as part of a trial or promotional offer, or for a fee.

When paid services are offered, applicable pricing, subscription terms, and payment requirements will be disclosed before purchase.

Wedding Organizers agree to pay applicable fees associated with the Service they purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, fees paid for Wedding onDimi are non-refundable.

15. Third-Party Services

Wedding onDimi may depend on technical infrastructure or services necessary to provide functionality such as telecommunications, SMS, email, voice communications, hosting, artificial intelligence, or other technical capabilities.

Wedding onDimi may also provide links or information concerning independent wedding-related businesses such as venues, hotels, maps, registries, transportation providers, or other vendors.

Independent third-party businesses are not controlled by onDimi, and onDimi is not responsible for their products, services, availability, content, actions, terms, or privacy practices.

Connecting a third-party AI assistant to Wedding onDimi is optional. If you connect one, your use of that assistant is governed by its provider's terms. onDimi is responsible for the actions it performs at your request through the connection, not for the assistant's own behavior or the content it generates outside Wedding onDimi.

16. Intellectual Property

Wedding onDimi, including its software, technology, design, user interfaces, AI workflows, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials, is owned by onDimi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, onDimi grants authorized Wedding Organizers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Wedding onDimi for its intended purpose.

Wedding Organizers retain their rights in wedding information, photographs, text, and other content they provide, subject to any rights held by third parties.

Wedding Organizers grant onDimi the limited rights reasonably necessary to process such information and content to provide and operate the Service.

17. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Wedding onDimi may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software or infrastructure failures
  • Telecommunications outages
  • Internet failures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wedding onDimi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

onDimi does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
  • Every communication will be successfully delivered.
  • Every guest will receive or respond to a communication.
  • Guest-provided information will be accurate.
  • AI-generated responses will always be accurate or complete.
  • Wedding Organizers have obtained the authorization or consent they represent they have obtained.

Wedding onDimi is a technology service and does not constitute professional wedding planning, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onDimi and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to Wedding onDimi.

This includes losses arising from or relating to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete wedding information
  • Guest information provided by a Wedding Organizer
  • Unauthorized guest information
  • Communications initiated based on information provided by a Wedding Organizer
  • Missed, delayed, or undelivered communications
  • Guest responses or failure to respond
  • AI-generated errors
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party services
  • Wedding Organizer failure to obtain required authorization or consent

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of onDimi and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers for all claims arising from or relating to Wedding onDimi or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid onDimi for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wedding Organizers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless onDimi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from or relating to:

  • Their misuse of Wedding onDimi
  • Their violation of these Terms
  • Their violation of applicable law
  • Guest information they provide without appropriate authorization
  • Their failure to obtain required consent or permission
  • Communications initiated through their Wedding onDimi account
  • Content or information they provide through the Service
  • Their infringement of another person's rights

21. Suspension and Termination

Wedding Organizers may stop using Wedding onDimi at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or payment terms.

onDimi may suspend or terminate access to Wedding onDimi if we reasonably determine that:

  • These Terms have been violated
  • The Service is being misused
  • Guest communications create a legal, security, or abuse risk
  • Payment obligations have not been satisfied
  • Continued access could harm onDimi, guests, users, or third parties
  • Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Service

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Wedding onDimi evolves or applicable requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of Wedding onDimi after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Wedding onDimi will be subject to applicable state and federal law and the jurisdiction of courts with appropriate authority in Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Wedding onDimi Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented when purchasing or using a particular Service, constitute the agreement between the Wedding Organizer and onDimi regarding use of Wedding onDimi.
